MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Your financial situation is mapped out during the first meeting; what are your wishes for now and the future? We discuss the course of action, request data, and determine the fee.
Do we continue to work together? In that case, we will gather all information to be ready for the financing application with the most suitable lender. We will also discuss the associated risks.
When the deed of sale is signed, we compare all interest rates and conditions again. Then we apply for the financing that is best for you, together with any insurance you may have chosen. We discuss the offer and monitor the timelines.
As soon as the financing has definitively been settled, we wait for the handover, the 'key moment'! We will see to it that the bank and the notary handle the transaction correctly. From that moment on, the payment of the mortgage starts, and the costs are settled.
